SiPAT API

A public, developer-facing interface for exploring Philippine government agencies, audit findings, and transparency records.

The versioned public API is being designed. These planned contracts are not live yet and should not be used for production integrations.

Planned endpoints

The v1 endpoints are planned as read-only REST resources returning JSON and stable canonical IDs.

GET/api/v1/agencies

Retrieve monitored agencies with calculated scores.

GET/api/v1/agencies/:id

Get an agency profile, score, and finding trends.

GET/api/v1/findings

Search and filter structured audit findings.

GET/api/v1/documents/:id

Retrieve document metadata and file details.

Live internal endpoint

The application currently exposes one internal endpoint. It proxies the GADM Philippines v2 boundary GeoJSON used by the heatmap and caches it for 24 hours.
