Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: August 20, 2026

1. Our Commitment

SiPAT is committed to making its platform usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to provide an accessible experience that works with a diverse range of devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.

2. Standards We Aim to Meet

We aim to make the Platform accessible in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and to follow recognized best practices for web accessibility. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we are working toward this goal and continuously review and improve our pages.

3. What We Have Done

To support accessibility, the Platform includes, among other efforts:

• Clear page structure with descriptive headings.

• Semantically appropriate navigation using real links.

• Descriptive labels for interactive elements, including icon-only buttons.

• State indicators (such as pressed/selected) on preference toggles.

• Support for browser-level features such as text resizing.

4. Use of Color and Visual Information

Some information on the Platform is conveyed using color, such as severity indicators and on maps. Where color is used to signal meaning, we aim to pair it with text labels, patterns, or other non-color cues so the information is not lost for users who cannot perceive color.

5. Third-Party and Document Content

The Platform presents information derived from public documents, such as annual audit reports. Original source documents may be provided in formats (for example, scanned PDFs) that are not fully accessible.

Where an original document is not fully accessible, we provide alternative formats where possible, such as plain-language summaries, and we always direct users to the original source for verification.

6. Known Limitations

We are still working toward full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Some areas may not yet fully meet the guidelines, including content derived from scanned or legacy source documents and some more complex interactive components. We are actively working to address these areas.

7. Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Platform. If you encounter a barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know.

8. How to Contact Us

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Platform or would like information in an alternative format, please contact us at support@sipat.example and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
