- And (ii) in coordination with GSO Officer to submit the lacking requisite documents on the purchase of a parcel of land.

"The Municipality's assertions on the accuracy and ownership of the reported carrying value of PPE accounts totaling P537,202,494.70 were not establisheddue to the absence of OR/CR in the name of the Municipality for 11 motor vehicles recognized in the books and an unrecognized motor vehicle in the books. Moreover, documentary deficiencies were noted in the purchase of a parcel of land valued at P1,650,000.00 contrary to COA Circular No. 2012-001 dated June 14, 2012 and Section 39 of PD No. 1445"
