- (a) instruct the MENRO Chief to continuously strengthen the Municipality’s commitment to sustainable waste management practices and environmental stewardship through further enhancement of the Municipality’s MRS and waste diversion programs in line with t he objectives of RA No. 9003
- And (b) provide technical and financial support to component barangays in establishing their own MRFs.
