"The District was able to submit the required supporting documents for requests for release of calamity funds itemized in Parag raph 2, Item I of the DO, except for the endorsement of the Regional Director. According to the Management, the District does not have a copy of the said endorsement. The inspection date per Post Calamity Damage Assessment Form with Captioned and Geotagge d Photographs and the Request for Release of Calamity Fund with supporting documents were both dated April 15, 2024. Likewise, the Certification also states that the Request for Funding was dated April 18, 2024. Per Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 8058 issued on July 31, 2023, the Province of Pampanga was declared in a state of calamity due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Tropical Cyclones “Egay” and “Falcon”. Hence, the submission of the request was not within three months after the occurrence of the particular calamity or disaster."
