"ED School Buildings of P534,096,067.09. The Finance Section is at utmost effort to locate the COC but such files were not found. For Mocos Sur 274 DEO, one (1) recorded completed infrastructure project was not derecognized due to lacking turn- over documents and validation of the project itself. Also, the two (2) completed infrastructure projects still included in the Construction in Progress account were reclassified into its Proper asset account. Journal entry vouchers (JEVs), as attached, were made to have accurate and reliable balances of the infrastructure accounts. For Samar 1st DEO, the Finance Section have coordinated and prompted the Implementing Office to submit all the necessary Certificates of Acceptance on all School Building 49 of 118 Multi-Purpose Buildings, Water Supply Systems and all other completed infrastructure projects required to be turned- over to the respective recipient June 9, 2023 was issued to Implementing Office addressed to the Chief of the Construct"
