However, we reiterated our previous year’s recommendations and Management agreed to direct the Accountants of DPWH offices concerned to immediately remit all remaining balances as at year-end, and in coordination with the Payroll Officers, facilitate the analysis, validation and reconciliation of prior years’ account balances which were dormant/long outstanding to avoid accumulation of unremitted contributions. subject to on -going analysis and reconciliation by the Management.
