However, we reiterated our previous year’s recommendations and Management agreed to direct the Accountants of DPWH offices concerned to immediately remit all remaining balances as at year-end, and in coordination with the Payroll Officers, facilitate the analysis, validation and reconciliation of prior years’ account balances which were dormant/long outstanding to avoid accumulation of unremitted contributions. subject to on -going analysis and reconciliation by the Management. Reiterated in Part II under Par. No. 31.5. Compliance with National Health Insurance Act of 2013 (RA No. 7875, as amended) We noted and appreciated the DPWH offices’ substantial compliance on the proper deduction/withholding of premium contributions and timely remittance thereof in accordance with the RA No. 7875, as amended, and PhilHealth Circular No. 001,"
